Psychometric Training at Brookhurst International School

This is a two session designed to help participants understand themselves, discover their strengths, weaknesses, their own needs in life, help participants to identify available opportunities available for them to continually improve & grow in life career wise as well as helping them develop a clear career plan for themselves that suits them and their needs.

This session also aims at assisting students learn about;

• Their personality
• Personal career interests,
• Discovering one’s own career values,
• Learning styles that suits them most
• Learn and understand about their strengths, weaknesses and natural abilities
• Setting career plan/goals and develop strategies for achieving them;

The session will be followed up with a career analysis test and one on one session to explain the generated report which will show results of all of the above mentioned sub-topics. Our Certified counsellor together with your career teacher will come up with a plan on how to conduct the one on one sessions with your students explaining the results and helping them come up with a clear career plan.

For the one on one sessions, the school will have to book in advance and the sessions shall be conducted as per the agreement between IEC and school schedule.
